Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the design and construction of a new Training Support Center (TSC) for Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The TSC is approximately 80,000 SF in size and is used to fabricate, maintain, store, and issue training devices such as the Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES). This facility houses multi-purpose classrooms, simulation rooms and the administrative space for the training support division management staff, and includes warehouse space for device fabrication, general repair, storage, sensitive item storage (level 2 arms storage), maintenance and issuance of training devices and components.
Approximately 21,775 SF is designated for Administrative and Classroom areas with the remaining 58,265 SF dedicated to warehouse and shops. The approximate site area is 7.5 acres.
