Scope Of Work
This beautiful 6,000 square foot Brant Lake home is considered the “new” main house for family
gatherings, while maintaining the architectural history of the other existing structures. Included is
a timber framed great room, A hybrid truss and stick-framed roof structure crafted of Douglas Fir
timber spanning the ceiling, employing both traditional joinery and exposed bolted connections.
The chimney includes quarried granite and the exterior base of the house along with white
painted cedar clapboard siding.
