A flagship example of Buffalo’s resurgence, The LEED® Certified Delaware North Building is an iconic 12-story glass walled structure serving as the global headquarters for Delaware North, an international leader in hospitality and food service that was founded over 100 years ago. Once a contaminated brownfield site in the Central Business District, today it sports a world-class building containing a Westin hotel, Class A offices, retailers, restaurants , and an adjacent 600 car parking garage.
Featuring the largest living wall in Western New York, The Delaware North Building’s design integrates the latest advances in environmental and energy conservation. The LEED® Silver certified building also includes a 7,000-square-foot courtyard and garden which provides an urban oasis in the middle of the Queen City.
