Scope Of Work
French for “forward,” Avant’s classic glass curtain wall profile reflects Buffalo today and tomorrow. This reuse of a former federal building covers an entire city block and includes three distinct but interrelated functions:
Embassy Suites, part of the Hilton hotel family, on the first seven floors
Class A office space with wide-open floor plates on the next five floors
28 privately owned exceptional residences on the top three floors
