Scope Of Work

This property required the management of many unique construction systems on-site including sound walls, wetland mitigation, wetland pond development, segmented retaining walls, and shotcrete retaining walls. This Home Depot included upgraded greenhouse structures, a large garden center, and a tool rental center.  As is typical with the construction of large retail stores this project also required an extensive amount of offsite roadwork as per requirements set forth by CTDOT.  This roadwork included relocation of utilities, the re-alignment of a major intersection, and new traffic signals.
