Scope Of Work
Riggins Construction & Management, Inc. negotiated a Construction Management contract to build a 18,208 square foot Mediterranean style, wood-framed structure. The office building, located in the City of Whittier, featured mission stucco finish, boosted fl ashed clay roof tiles, resawn exposed wood balcony and walkway framing, decorative exterior interlocking concrete pavers and lush landscaping. The facility was designed to accommodate a quality restaurant and various other office uses, as well as headquarters for Century 21 EnglishWood. The interiors featured a cupola with private balconies and a circular stairway with wrought iron railings and plush carpeting, all in keeping with the Mediterranean style.
