Scope Of Work
This hotel renovation was one of the first to meet the brand new standards of Holiday Inn. The brand re-launch focused on a more contemporary brand image and identity.
We teamed with the new ownership group to update the common areas including the elevator lobby, ballrooms, pre-function corridors, bar, pool area and bathrooms. We worked closely with the staff to minimize disruptions to hotel guests.
