Scope Of Work
Brae Burn's members wanted new modern dining amenities. Recognizing this culture shift, the club invested in updating its dining spaces hired key personnel who could improve the dining experience. Usage of the updated Grille Room has increased more than 40% satisfaction rates have more than doubled. Food beverage revenue is up significantly still growing.
We expanded the dining room and added a members' bar. We also completed several outdoor dining areas, a new pergola, and landscaping adjacent to the main dining room.
