Scope Of Work
Located in the historic Western Union building in downtown, Kansas City, Missouri, The Nerdery is a digital strategy, design and development company. BCCM completed the tenant improvement project, that included the third and fourth floors of the WU building. Open air work spaces, collaborative meeting areas and utilization of the natural light provided by this building were the focal points of this tenant finish project.
