Scope Of Work
Phase I of the Sunset Corporate Campus is a 292,000 sq. ft., Class "A" suburban office complex containing two, five-story, post-tensioned concrete building on approximately twelve acres. Each of the two 146,000 square foot buildings is ensconced in six-foot bands of green tinted glass and complemented by classical architectural panels.
The amenities at Sunset below grade, preserving as much of the natural landscape as possible.
There is one level of executive parking directly beneath each building which is connected to a large multilevel underground garage.
