Scope Of Work

J. Levens Builders, Inc. was subcontracted by Clark Construction, Inc. of McComb, MS to provide all site work for the construction of the new Walmart Supercenter in Biloxi, MS.  This project was started in July of 2011 and completed in April of 2012.  J. Levens Builders, Inc. scope of work consisted of hauling in large amounts of dirt to raise the store to the proper elevations.  The scope of work also included removing over 300,000 square feet of concrete slabs to crush, recycle, and re-use on site.  The project also included installing all water mains, sewer mains, storm drains, and erosion control devices.  Another responsibility of the project was to provide a new access road to the store from Highway 90 and meet the requirements of Mississippi Department of Transportation
