Scope Of Work
The project scope included the demolition of three former Boeing research and test facilities totaling 640,000?SF. Alston demolished and crushed all the concrete and asphalt from the buildings and parking lots and reused it in the grading operation. Anaheim Concourse is a 864,564?SF industrial/office project in Anaheim, California consisting of four buildings on the Phase I site which is located on Miller Street at Ocean Circle. The Phase I site comprises 625,404?SF of buildings on a 28.77 acre site (1,253,544?SF). The Phase II site also consists of four buildings and is located at the northwest corner of La Palma Avenue and Miller Street. The Phase II site comprises 238,160?SF of buildings on a 11.44 acre site (498,415?SF).
