Fort Wayne’s Mosaic Building Solutions and E & V Construction to Merge
FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Locally owned E&V Construction and Mosaic Building Solutions are excited to announce they will be combining forces as of August 1, 2015.
The merger of the 37-year-old E&V Construction and 1-year-old startup Mosaic Building Solutions was built on aligned values. Both companies aim to enhance the industry's focus on continuing to develop regional relationships, while providing superior and value based work.
Tom Edwards, President of E&V Construction prefaced the merger with the following statement: “With the industry knowledge accumulated during the nearly last half century of E&V Construction’s existence the merger will culminate with a team of highly experienced and highly motivated individuals with a vision focused on future growth in industry excellence”.
E&V Construction’s 13 employees will absorb Mosaic’s name, while also bringing decades of experience that will aid in managing successful outcomes, quality, and value based prices.
“The E&V team has some of the best skilled team members in the industry,” President of Mosaic Building Solutions Jake Fetters said. “The combination of each company's skills and talents will allow us to move forward with the right jobs, while also creating more synergy and scalability to take on additional projects and better serve our community.”
With a joint leadership team that has their roots in the northeastern Indiana area, this merger will reinforce their commitment to keep the region successful and sustainable. Mosaic Building Solutions is confident this merger will bring more value to their combined clients.
The team will be working out of Mosaic Building Solutions’ headquarters at 1220 Ruston Pass in Fort Wayne as of August 1.
