Regional bank breaks ground on city’s northwest side
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (November 3, 2015) – Mosaic Building Solutions is proud to announce F&M Bank official broke ground last month at their new branch, which will be located off State Road 3.
The 3,400 square foot building will have $960,000 poured into it over the next sixmonths; an aggressive move to reach the bank’s target open date of March 2016 – just in time as some clients begin their Spring farming.
“F&M Bank came to us with an abundance of enthusiasm to join the Fort Wayne community,” President of Mosaic Jake Fetters said. “Their passion to serve is fueling our team to present the north side community with a devoted banking institution.”
New and returning customers will enjoy the sophisticated look of the building, and the convenient location that is highly accessible for those living in the northwest side of town.
“I’m excited about working with this bank in particular, as it will be personally my second branch of theirs that I’ve been a part of, including their Auburn location in 1996” Fetters said. “I appreciate the drive F&M Bank has to develop their Fort Wayne presence built on existing local relationships.“
The new branch will be located at 12106 State Road 3, Fort Wayne, IN 46845.
