Mosaic Building Solutions Hires New Team Member
FORT WAYNE, Ind. – In a move that continues to grow the Mosaic Building Solutions team, this month the 1.5-year-old company announced the appointment of Glen Smith as a new project manager.
With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Smith’s responsibilities include keeping construction on time and under budget. With a track record of managing projects, such as, Parkview’s Regional Medical Center, the YMCA of DeKalb and multiple Fort Wayne Community School renovations, Smith’s relationships with the contractor community will aid in project efficiency.
“My father was a carpenter his entire life, so I picked up the trade by watching him and helping as I grew up, which really gave me the love for this industry” Smith said. “I am excited to be a part of a company that is reinventing how we do business.”
In the past year and a half, Mosaic Building Solutions has forged a unique way to provide customers a total solution for their building needs: from conception to handing the keys over and beyond.
“I see this being the differentiator with Mosaic,” Smith affirmed. “I feel this is already having a positive impact on Fort Wayne and people are taking notice!”
Mosaic is also looking forward to the addition of passion and knowledge to their team.

About Glen Smith
Glen Smith graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management. He has actively volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and YMCA Camp P. In his spare time, his favorite thing to do is pick up his tools again to remodel old homes and do wood working, or enjoy outdoor activities, and any kind and travel.
