Scope Of Work

The Skydancer Hotel & Casino existing campus is an assortment of multiple additions built around a 2-story hotel. An increase in gaming opportunities, more hotel rooms and much improved guest amenities were the goals for the 120,000 square foot addition and 33,000 square foot renovation. The improved gaming floor offers 820 slot machines, 10 table games, 6 poker tables and simulcast as well as bingo. The 6-story, 100 room hotel addition increases the total number of room to 197. A 75-seat steak house, 150-seat buffet and snack bar are all family friendly and offer guests choices, from convenience food to fine dining, while incorporating attractive theme design. A 31-seat bar is the focal point in the center of the casino. The existing casino was renovated into an events center, capable of seating 1,500 for concert events or can be sub-divided into two separate spaces for conventions.
