Scope Of Work
Retail – three level, mixed use project with a Transportation Center, Retail, Entertainment & Restaurant. The work included mass grading, utilities which included a chilled water system, structural shell, public area finishes, plaster, paint, tile, the shell’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security and firealarm systems. The parking structure was a design-build cast-in-place concrete structure with 7 levels and 3,060 parking stalls.
