Scope Of Work
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) office of construction and facilities management (CFM) contracted for Seismic Upgrade of the eight-story building 100, Nursing Tower and Nursing Home Care Unit which included replacement of all braced frame members in the building with buckling restrained braces or another equal to or better seismic system. ARGO provided a Construction Management Provider (Non-Engineer) to assist the senior resident engineer and his staff in performance monitoring and inspection of construction for compliance with the contract requirements for this project on a non-personal service basis. ARGO Provided a CM Supervisor to whom the CM reported to regarding tasks associated with this task order.
