Scope Of Work
This tastefully designed development is set in a larger complex of protected land that encompasses over 180 acres of mature forest, agricultural land and surprising topographic relief, including Mitchell Ledge Farm, the largest remaining (permanently protected) working farm in Freeport. Nestled amongst tall pines, spruce and fir trees and bracketed by an intricate system of small ravines and stream channels, the lots at Kelsey Brook offer both privacy and a diversity of building site options. Every lot has access directly into the adjacent conservation areas via a well-designed walking trail that traverses the property and ultimately provides a connection into a larger regional trail system developed and maintained by the Freeport Conservation Trust.
