We build Energy Efficient and Zero Energy Homes, incorporating passive solar orientation, super insulation, and options to produce electricity from the sun.

We renovate homes in a manner that will make them as energy efficient as possible. Energy auditors test the home for air tightness, determine the amount of installed insulation, assess the condition of the heating system, and evaluate the overall performance of the structure. Based on the results of the audit we develop a plan to improve the energy efficiency of the home.

We are located on Georgetown Island in Midcoast Maine. While many of our projects are on the coastal peninsulas, close to the City of Bath and the Town of Brunswick, we build throughout the entire region.
