My responsibility is to supply guidance and support through the phases of the project - Planning, Design, Scope, Project Responsibilities and Training, always focusing on meeting Customer Project Requirements. Improving Facility O&M departments is the reason I started my business.  I worked with all levels of Educational Institutions, the US Government, the US Military, Healthcare Sites, Churches, Process Plants, Office Buildings, Manufacturing Facilities and Power Houses, to name a few. I utilize my knowledge and experience as a Facility, Construction and Maintenance Manager, as well as a Mechanic at various facilities around the US, to educate and train your staff. I have a Certification in Building Commissioning as a QCxP (Qualified Commissioning Process Provider), with a focus on Existing Buildings. My goal is to work with Facility and Maintenance Departments, by guiding them through a process utilizing in-house personnel to do as much work as possible on your building commissioning project. There will be a need for training, as well as contracting out what can't be done by your site personnel. This process develops your maintenance staff to understand more about your equipment and operations. It is slower than contracting, but provides more rewarding outcomes for your company. Your staff now knows the systems and all associated equipment more than your contractors will. That is what give you a successful operations and maintenance department.
