Scope Of Work
This is to repair 290lf on Warbler Ln. and 446lf on Mountain Top Ln.
Mill: Remove apprx 16,192sf 1.5in deep and discard.
Asphalt: Pave 16,192 square feet,
Clean the area with high parking lot blowers and wired brooms to free all loose dirt and debris.
Tack the area with glue then Install 2in of new hot plant mixed Asphalt rolled and compacted.
Diamond blade saw cut and remove approximately 513sf of failed pavement down to the base, add in concrete road base if needed.

Tack all of the areas needed with glue. Replace the areas with 3-4in of new hot plant mixed Asphalt rolled and compacted with drum roller.
When milling we ran across multiple soft spots in the roads. This caused us to remove and use 101 more Tons than originally quoted. We made sure that the Property Management company was informed and made sure that all low spots would be accommodated. The clients loved the work and we completed the project earlier than expected.
