Mr Crawley has been in the environmental field for over 18 years. Before that, his experience included teaching high school Chemistry and Biology. Mr. Crawley spent his first five years in the environmental field as a mycologist and lead based-paint inspector and risk assessor. Mr. Crawley has performed over 240 lead paint inspections and/or risk assessments, many in multi-family dwellings such as apartments and government housing. Mr. Crawley began to expand his expertise in the spring of 2006 performing a full line of industrial hygiene consulting services. Soon after he achieved recognition as an ACAC certified indoor environmental consultant (CIEC). Since that time, he performed, managed, and/or assisted in over 1,200 projects ranging in scope from those under one hundred dollars to several that were over $100,000.00. As an industrial hygienist, Mr. Crawley has operated as a project manager on various types of projects such as OSHA 8-hour worker monitoring mold investigations, sick building syndrome and building related illnesses, asbestos surveys, clean room verification, mercury contamination, clandestine drug lab testing, ricin contamination, wildfire smoke assessments, MRSA/meningitis/staph and other infectious control investigations, oversee catastrophic response projects and the like. Mr. Crawley became experienced oer that time in industrial hygiene monitoring at factories and hospitals for hearing conservations, respirable dust monitoring, and chemical exposure of all sorts. Mr. Crawley has experience managing large projects including ones at factories, schools, hospitals, multi-family housing complexes, municipal buildings, VA facilities and other commercial and residential buildings of all kinds
Mr. Crawley stays abreast of the latest developments in the industry by remaining a member of IAQA and regularly attending educational seminars put on by OSHA, the IAQA and other organizations with pertinent information for professional development.
