Jaco isn't a stranger to hotel ventures. Our Holiday Inn Express & Suites of Great Bend, Kansas, is a 4-story, 78-room hotel that consists of a 24-hour business center, board room, 900 square foot conference room, day-and-night fitness center, and indoor pool. Located at the point where the course of the Arkansas River bends east then southeast (hence the city's name), this $5,900,000 project has had an amazing turnout in the Kansan region, and it is located at 3821 10th St., Great Bend, KS 67530. In Rantoul, Illinois, our $6,591,000 project for Noble Hospitality is a new 49,000 sf, 4-story, 74-room, wood-framed hotel, located at 946 Broadmeadow Rd., Rantoul, IL 61866.
Our third Holiday Inn Express & Suites was finalized in the summer of 2017, and it is located in Sterling, Colorado. This four-story, 84-room and approximately 52,000 sf. is our third hotel for Noble hospitality, and was built in 10 months from groundbreaking to grand opening.
We are currently building our fourth HIE in Fountain, CO.
