Scope Of Work
This $5,255,000 project is a 38,000 square feet, 4-story, medical office building addition to the owner’s existing one-story structure. The new building includes medical exam facilities, a new lab, optometry clinic, dental clinic, mental health facilities, a research area for KU Medical School and Wichita State University. The new clinic tripled the owner’s current capacity by allowing an additional 30,000 patient visits over the next seven years.
