Scope Of Work
In 2015, Jaco completed three remodeling projects of Champps Restaurant and Bar in the capital city of Ohio, Minnesota and Vermont, with construction being done at night in order to keep the restaurants open during the development. All three projects were completed within the 3-week schedule. The renovations gave the family-oriented sports bar a new and contemporary look; better indoor and outdoor infrastructure and a modern feel to match the restaurants’ bustling surroundings.
