Scope Of Work
First Housing Development Corporation ("FHDC") completed the Credit Underwriting for Valencia Grove Apartments. Funded by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation with Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Tax-Exempt Bonds (“MMRB”) from Florida Housing Finance Corporation (“FHFC”), State Apartment Incentive Loan Program (“SAIL”) from FHFC, Extremely Low Income Gap Loan (“ELI”) from FHFC and 5% Non-Competitive Housing Credits (“HC”), this new 144 unit Multi-Family project is located in Eustis, Lake County, Florida.
FHDC was the construction administrator for FHFC and is now competing permanent loan servicing and property compliance monitoring for FHFC.
This new development contains six (6) 3-story garden-style buildings with twenty-four (24) one bedroom – one bath units; ninety-six (96) two bedroom – two bathroom units; and twenty-four (24) three bedroom – two bath units. Property Amenities include a single-story clubhouse, a volleyball court, and unit parking. The project also offers Health and Nutrition classes on-site at no cost to residents. .
