Scope Of Work

First Housing Development Corporation of Florida completed the Credit Underwriting for Florida Housing Finance Corporation for the construction and permanent financing of The Addison, a 90 unit development to be located in Bradenton Florida.

First Housing is the construction administrator for Florida Housing Finance Corporation and will conduct permanent loan servicing and be their compliance monitoring agent at completion.

Construction to Permanent Financing includes a Florida Housing State Apartment Incentive Loan of $2,000,000 and an award of Housing Tax Credits.

The Addison will contain 25 one bedroom, 53 two bedroom, and 12 three bedroom units within One (1) Mid-Rise Residential Building on 3.6 acres.  The project will contain a mixture of Market Rate and Income Restricted Units at completion.

Standard Unit Amenities will include energy start rate appliances, central heat and air conditioning, a business center, community room, fitness center, playground and swimming pool.  Resident Programs will include Literacy Training, and Employment Assistance Program and a Financial Management Program.

The project is estimated to be complete around late May or early June 2019.
