Scope Of Work
First Housing Development Corporation (“First Housing”) completed the Credit Underwriting and Construction Administration for the Housing Finance Authority of Miami Dade ("HFAMDC") resulting in a loan and Housing Credit award for the construction and permanent financing of Modello Apartments (“Development”). Located in Homestead Florida, the project includes 2 four story apartment buildings comprising of 100 multi-family affordable housing units. 80% of the completed units receive Section-8 Vouchers and the remaining units are supported through an Annual Contribution Contract. Income restrictions apply to all potential renters.
Project amenities include a retail space on the first floor of building A, a community laundry room in each building, a fitness room, a business center, computer lab, outdoor playground and one elevator in each building.
Construction was completed in May 2019.
