Scope Of Work

First Housing Development Corporation (“First Housing”) completed the Credit Underwriting for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation ("FHFC") resulting in Bond, Home Program, Project Based Vouchers and a Housing Credit Award for the construction and permanent financing of Marcia Gardens Apartments (“Development”).  Located in Miami Florida, the project includes 2 two-story apartment buildings with elevator access and is comprised of 134 multi-family affordable housing units. Income restrictions apply to all potential renters.

First Housing completed the Davis-Bacon and Section 3 Administrator for FHFC and Public Housing Community Development Miami Dade as well as the Construction Administration for FHFC.

Project amenities include a Community center with Computer Lab,  Literacy Training, Computer Training and Daily Activities for all residence. 

Construction completion was July 2018 and First Housing is now completing permanent loan servicing and compliance administration for the applicable agencies.
