Scope Of Work

Holly Point, an income restricted 126 unit multifamily development located in Holly Hill Florida, was acquired and substantially renovated in 2013. 

The dwelling units are contained in 22, one-story apartment buildings with common area amenities.  Interior renovations included replacement flooring, cabinets, counter tops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures and painting.  Exterior renovations included re-roofing of buildings as needed, paving and striping of asphalt drive and parking area, children's tot lot and playground area, addition of covered pavilion including picnic tables and grills, construction of volleyball court, car care area and renovation of office/laundry/community room, installation of computer lab & library as well as improvements to the entrance signage.  Renovations included energy conservation and green building features.

First Housing, through their affordable housing lending pool, provided over 3 million for the acquisition and rehabilitation of the project in 2013.  Origination, Underwriting and Construction Administration were all completed for this project.  Currently First Housing is maintaining permanent loan servicing.
