Scope Of Work

First Housing Development Corporation completed the Credit Underwriting for Hampton Villa Apartments.  Funded with Bonds, SAIL, SAIL ELI and Housing Credits this 60 unit acquisition rehabilitation Multi-Family project is located in Jacksonville Florida.  Originally Built in 1969, the project renovations included ADA compliance upgrades to the existing property and rental units. New roofs and upgraded insulation, exterior painting, stairwell and walkway repairs and replacements, exterior door & window replacement, security cameras and emergency lighting are scheduled.  Some of the units were modified to meet UFAS mobility requirements and all rental units have been upgraded to include new cabinetry, appliances, flooring, and painting.  Energy saving features for plumbing, mechanical and electric have been added as well.   

First Housing has completed its work as Construction Administrator for this project and is now completing permanent loan servicing and compliance monitoring.  Since there are Housing Credits and an existing HAP contract on the project, it is rented with income restrictions.
