Scope Of Work
Greentree Senior Apartments consists of 26 one-bedroom units and 24 two-bedrooms units for residents 55 years of age or older who qualify under the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) income limits.
The development features centrally located, coin-operated laundry, activities Monday through Friday and assistance with light housekeeping, grocery shopping and laundry for residents. This development has specially designed units for disabled or handicapped residents.
The project was built in part by Hendry County Non-Profit Housing, a subsidiary of Area Housing Commission of Clewiston, LaBelle and Hendry County, General Home Development, and financed through First Bank, Florida Housing Finance Corporation and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
First Housing completed Credit Underwriting, Construction Administration, Davis Bacon Administration, Section 3 Administration and is now performing Permanent Loan Servicing for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
