Scope Of Work
First Housing is completing the Davis-Bacon and Section 3 Administration on behalf of Habitat for Humanity of Collier County for this project which is funded through Collier County utilizing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds.
It includes infrastructure improvements for the Faith Landing Phase IV project. The project is bound by both Davis-Bacon and Related Acts requirements as well as Section 3 Provisions.
Completion should be in the next 6 months.
This is the second project we have completed on behalf of Habitat for Humanity and Collier County.
