Scope Of Work

First Housing Development Corporation of Florida completed the Credit Underwriting and Construction Administration for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation for the new construction and permanent financing of Casanas Villages at Frenchtown Square.  A new 88 unit income restricted affordable housing project in Leon County Florida completed in October 2018.  

Casanas Villas at Frenchtown Square contains a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units; 5 units are set-aside for Special Needs Housing and 8 units are offered at Market Rate.  The project contains 1 residential 5 story building with 2 elevators and offers Literacy Training, an Employment Assistance Program as well as a Family Support Coordinator to assist residents in assessing needs and obtain services to assist them in achieving maximum independence and self-sufficiency.

Standard Complex Amenities include a Clubhouse with Gym, Outside Pavilion and Playground.  

First Housing is performing permanent loan servicing and compliance administration for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
