Scope Of Work
First Housing Development Corporation of Florida completed the Credit Underwriting for Florida Housing Finance Corporation for the rehabilitation with permanent financing of Campus Towers, a 192-unit development located in Jacksonville Florida. First Housing is the construction administrator for Florida Housing Finance Corporation and will conduct permanent loan servicing at completion.
Financing includes Florida Housing Elderly Housing Community Loan of $750,000 and matching funds from the developer.
Campus Towers contains 96 studio and 96 One-Bedroom units in two three-story buildings and a one-story leasing office. Campus Towers was originally built in 1968 and is Elderly set-aside with 100% of the units income restricted at or below 50% AMI. The project also carries a HAP contract.
Standard Unit amenities include HVAC, Carpet, Drapes, Walk-in Closets, and some units have Patios or Balconies. The site contains a gated entrance, library, laundry and garden. The project is estimated to be complete around July 2019.
