Project Details: Level 2 alteration to an existing 4-story cooperative building. Converted 9-unit concrete structure into (8) units. Exterior improvements included new lap siding and power washing. Interior units gutted back to the shell and all new finishes throughout including flooring, doors, frames, and hardware, windows and building entry storefront, custom kitchen millwork, engineered wood flooring, appliances, and plumbing fixtures. New MEP systems throughout including mini-split systems and sub-panels in each unit. VE revisions to meet the hard-cap budget of funding allocation provided in-part by private parties as well as public funding.
