Scope Of Work
Project highlights include demolition and underground utilities; soil improvements of more than 700K square yards, methods included cementitious soil mixing, mass vibration tamping, and vibration rod in preparation for new 8000' runway and taxiway embankment placement of over 7 Million cubic yards; implementation of storm water pollution prevention and dust control program and maintenance of Airside traffic operations, including airfield lighting and temporary pavement marking. Contaminated soils remediation, removal and replacement of storm systems and underground duct banks for power, communication and airfield lighting. MSE wall construction of more than 350K square feet in area with heights in excess of 60ft and installation of more than 20K linear feet of storm drainage including structures and end walls.
