Scope Of Work

At PolySeal Coating Solutions, we have the experience and capability to coordinate with other vendors to complete concrete finishing for large-scale construction projects. The project highlighted here was completed for a high school in Flower Mound, Texas. For this project, the common areas of an arena, totaling 40,000 ft2, were polished and given a high gloss finish. A Lavina 30G Pro diamond grinder was used to mechanically polish the concrete and an Ermator S36 dust collector was used to control dust and debris during and after grinding. Secondary to polishing, we provided joint filling and surface repair as needed.

Throughout the process, we coordinated with plumbers, electricians, and other contractors to ensure that the overall project remained on schedule. The primary contractor on the project chose us for this job due to our previous record of providing on time delivery of services that met or exceeded all specifications. This was a fast-track project that required careful coordination and attention to detail to ensure the arena was finished on time. As a result of the quality of work provided on this project, the original scope of work was expanded to include additional responsibilities.
