Scope Of Work
The Tennis Clubhouse is located at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Complex on the campus of the University of the Pacific. It is a 4,262, ft² ground up facility that consists of men’s and women’s team rooms, trainer’s office, coach’s office, restrooms, showers, lounge and healthy market. The interior finishes matched existing branding of the Athletic Department’s team rooms. The healthy market and lounge added some flair to the project with their interior finishes that included a Sunflex door at the lounge creating an open environment bringing outside into the lounge and the healthy market having a custom aluminum barn door as their entrance. The project also include flatwork tie-in to existing tennis court sidewalks, new shade structure viewing area, landscaping and new fencing to match existing tennis court profile.
