Scope Of Work
This is a 12,435 ft² building addition to an existing dealership. A new showroom was constructed along with new Service Porte Cochere. Constructed new showroom areas for Maserati that included a new configuration room, new sales office, private offices, customer lounge, breakroom and restrooms. The showroom was designed per the latest Maserati branding scheme. Exterior of the addition area was cladded with ACM panels and the new Porte Cochere in stucco. The parking lot was reconfigured to include additional stalls and new landscaping.
