Scope Of Work
The new East Bay Cardiovascular and Thoracic Associates tenant improvement project is in the Crows Canyon Medical Center in Dublin, CA. The new 2,450 ft² surgery center consists of waiting area and nurses’ station, pre/post procedure area, consultation room, restroom, scrub area, sterile process room, decontamination room and two surgery rooms. Special features include structural support for overhead light arms and overhead monitor arms, lead lining in surgery rooms for use of x-ray equipment, medical gasses and HIPPA filtration for surgery rooms.
