Scope Of Work
Building the Wendy’s truly demonstrates MGM Construction’s ability to work with major franchises. With a focus on the individual project, we strive to give our client the best possible self-performed work every time. Wendy’s needed to build a new restaurant in the Erie area and they called on MGM Constuction to build the new facility. Having to match the Wendys standard look and style was the most important and MGM Constuction met their demands. Built out of conventional building materials, MGM Construction performed this project as a turn key general trades operation.
