Scope Of Work
Hanes Erie, Inc. experienced explosive growth and grew out of their previous building. They provided us a drawing which represented an ideal floor plan for them. We explored all the available industrial land in our area. Hanes decided on multiple lots in the Fairview Business Park in Fairview, PA. MGM brought Butler Building Systems to the table and assembled the team including design and construction. The 70,000 square foot structure was handed over to the owner eight months later. Two years later the owner contacted us again, and we added 30,000 square feet seamlessly.
