Scope Of Work
Located in the heart of downtown Erie, Union Station was both a commercial and industrial renovation project with multiple stages. The entire complex is 70,000 square feet and we have worked on remodeling many different sections of the building; all while keeping the building architecturally correct. Currently housing the Logistics Plus Headquarters, as well as numerous commercial clients and the BrewErie Restaurant. The Union Station renovation has been very successful for its owners and has become one of the most versatile commercial office spaces to lease in downtown Erie, PA.
