Scope Of Work
The Career Technical Education campus in Benton will offer exciting new opportunities for Saline County students to learn a variety of specialized trades. Areas of study will include automotive repair, HVAC & refrigeration, health sciences and information technology. The Saline County CTE campus is the product of an innovative partnership involving six area school districts, local municipalities, the county judge, state legislators and the Saline County Economic Development Corporation.
Students will have the opportunity to take classes in 10 pathways. Upon graduation, students in seven of these pathways will receive the certification needed to begin a promising career. The 134,000 SF campus will feature multipurpose classrooms, labs, shops and a 400-seat auditorium.
