Scope Of Work

TurboCare Group of Businesses is the world’s largest network of independent service providers offering maintenance support to owners and operators of rotating equipment manufactured by major industry OEMs. TurboCare is a leader in providing integrated aftermarket solutions, including repair services and replacement parts for virtually all makes of turbomachinery, and specializes in the design, manufacture and application of engineered component and repair upgrades.

Project Overview

The facility Turbocare requested to combine their office headquarters, re-manufacturing, and testing for steam turbines. The facility design incorporated crane-served manufacturing ranging from 25 to 100 ton capacity. The project was developed without city utilities and instead utilized design technologies for high challenge Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) fire protection systems along with all domestic requirements. The project had both pre-engineered and conventional steel structures with combinations of both tilt up job cast concrete walls and sculpted metal panels. The facility features on-site testing capabilities with a zero environment Ops-Speed balancing chamber. The use of a Stratified Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) system allowed the manufacturing area to be air-conditioned as well.
