Scope Of Work
The facility constructed for Groth Corporation combined pre-engineered steel and roofing systems with exterior job cast concrete tilt up walls. The project incorporated erecting the steel and roof while casting panels. The office entry was grade-level while having both grade-level and dock high access for manufacturing. Other notable special features include an all air-conditioned manufacturing area, a fully-contained testing room, and an industrial paint booth facility (open face).
