The Holiday Inn Presidential is a 150 guest room hotel in Downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. The floor-by-floor and exterior remodel included updates to guest rooms, elevators, public spaces, restaurant, and a fitness facility. The remodel cost $3.2 million and was completed in seven months.
