Scope Of Work
This new, 135,000-square foot manufacturing facility consists of a Butler pre-engineered metal building. The building features truss purlins for large, open interior space and is equipped with eight 25-ton ground-mounted HVAC units, providing air conditioning to the entire facility. Three walls of the structure were designed with three-inch TextureWall™ insulated sandwich panels, giving the exterior shell a R-22 thermal rating. The roof was also assembled with two layers of insulation, providing it a R-32 thermal rating. Additionally, the front office features full-height reflective curtain wall glass panels.
